The Weakest Links: Week of 2 October 2006
by Christian Y. Cardall
The last edition of The Weakest Links, available on the sidebar under the heading “Temporalia (Week of 28 August),” started off with three links and ended with four. This post provides a place to sound off on this week’s links.
- Some lessons al-Qaeda could learn from the Mormons.
- A Mormon version of Adam Sandler’s Hanukkah Song.
- These guys are totally awesome. I’ve got to get into this.

Exploratory deployment of two Mormon imperatives—“prove all things; hold fast that which is good,” and “awake and arouse your faculties, even to an experiment upon my words”—from perspectives unfamiliar: secular, scientific, humanistic, and cultural (high and low).

Regarding the “totally awesome” guys, the guy in the pink shirt and vest looks suspiciously similar to Brian Gibson…
The treadmill guys were awesome! Found your blog while searching for LDS ones on blogger. Very interesting. Thanks!
Angela, welcome—and glad you enjoyed it!
By the way, while I do think the treadmill thing was cool, I was kidding when I said I’d like to get into it…
